Bagaimana cara mendownload driver komputer pc atau laptop sementara kita tidak tahu merek dan jenis chipnya. Contoh kasus : Kita install ulang windows di pc, sementara cd driver hilang semua atau bahkan tidak dikasih pas waktu beli (wah kacau), otomatis kelabakan bingung mau nyari driver kemana. Sementara kita tidak tahu nama (merek) chipset motherboard-nya, chipset sound card, chipset vga card, dll. Berikut ini ada sedikit tips dan trik nya.

1. Klik kanan My Computer - Properties - Device Manager.
   Nah pada jendela tersebut akan terlihat tanda (! atau ?) menandakan driver untuk perangkat tersebut belum terinstall. Biasanya chipset, sound card dan vga card
2. Kemudian Klik kanan device yang diberi tanda tanya, lalu properties, pilih tab details, kemudian tekan tombol ctrl + c
3. Kemudian pastekan di form search pada situs devid.info
